Refund Policy
Due to the nature of 1-on-1 hourly consulting services, refunds are generally not provided once the consultation or setup work has been completed. All sales for completed hours are final. However, if you are experiencing any difficulties with your purchase, or if you have unused hours remaining in your booking, we can process a refund for the unused time after inspection. We process refunds within 1-3 business days. Please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve any concerns.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booked session at any time before the work has commenced. If the consulting or setup work has already begun, cancellations will only apply to the remaining unused hours of your booking.
